Bubble Pizza Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. tomato puree
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 can (10 count) refrigerated buttermilk or country style biscuits
    1/3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 8-inch round baking pan and rotate to cover bottom.
    Combine tomato puree, onion, parsley, garlic salt, oregano and oil.
    Separate biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
    Drop into tomato mixture, tossing lightly with fork. Place pieces in buttered pan and distribute evenly.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 40 canapes.
