Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
salt to taste
Preparation

Cream potatoes and margarine, then add sugar and beat well. Add eggs and remaining ingredients.
Beat well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Add topping and continue cooking 10 minutes or until brown.
