Chicken-Peanut Stew From Ghana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up and skinned (3 to 4 lb.)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 c. peanut butter (I prefer chunky)
    red hot pepper to taste
    salt and pepper
    olive oil
    stock or bouillon
Preparation
    Carrots, zucchini and squash may be added as desired.
