Pirogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    5 to 6 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, water, oil and 3 cups of flour, gradually adding remaining flour and salt.
    Make 4 balls of dough.
    Let stand 10 minutes, covered with a cloth, before rolling (turn once).
    Roll thin on lightly floured board and cut into 2-inch squares.
    Fill with potato filling (recipe follows).
    Drop in boiling water, bringing water to boiling point a second time and cook 5 minutes.
