Macaroni Baltimore Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large can tomatoes, crushed
    1/2 diced green pepper
    1 box macaroni
    1 lb. grated cheese (sharp)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until slightly tender.
    Cook bacon until crisp; remove from pan and crumble.
    Saute diced onion and green pepper. Add tomatoes.
    Alternate layers of sauce, cheese and macaroni, winding up with cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, or until bubbling.
