Mushroom Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork steak
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 stalks celery
    3 large green peppers
    1 large onion
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 (15 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown pork steak (cut up) in oil.
    Add tomato sauce and water. Add all other ingredients.
    Then simmer until all vegetables are tender.
    Add mushrooms.
