Marshmallow Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (11 1/2 oz.) milk chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. (1/2 of 7 oz. jar) marshmallow cream
Preparation

Line 18 mini muffin cups with double thickness paper cups. Set aside.
Melt chips with shortening in heavy, small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
