No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    water
Preparation
    Cut flour into shortening in a large bowl.
    Beat egg in a measuring cup.
    Add vinegar to egg.
    Add enough water to egg mixture to make 1 cup.
    Mix with flour.
    Roll out for pie crust. Keeps well in refrigerator.
