Celery Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. celery, sliced thin
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk, warmed
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded nuts (almonds, peanuts or walnuts)
Preparation
    Saute celery in margarine until tender.
    Add nuts and green pepper; blend in flour.
    Stir in warm milk and cook, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened and smooth.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
