Freeze-Ahead Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Lea & Perrins white wine Worcestershire
    Dale's steak sauce (very salty; mix 1 part sauce with 1 part water)
    lemon juice and basil
    tomato juice and basil
Preparation
    Buy boneless breast of chicken in larger amounts.
    Rinse well and put the number of pieces of chicken needed for your family in plastic freezer bags.
    Add one of the listed marinades.
    Grill 5 minutes on each side or bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes or until juice runs clear.
