Banana Macadamia Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. ripe bananas
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. flaked coconut
    3 1/2 oz. Macadamia nuts, chopped, or 3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking soda, salt and orange peel.
    Beat at low speed until well mixed.
    Add bananas and orange juice.
    Continue beating about 1 minute, well mixed.
    Stir in coconut and nuts (batter will be thick).
    Spread into 1 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake about 35 to 45 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool. Bake at 350\u00b0.
