Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    3 cans beef broth
    2 beef broth cans water
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 can mushrooms and liquid
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions until partially done.
    Combine all ingredients in a large casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Uncover; bake for 1 hour longer, stirring several times.
