Apple Nut Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar; add vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 6 x 9-inch pan or 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
