Orange Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 family size pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 (2 1/2 pt.) container heavy cream
    1 can mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Mix Knox
    gelatine
    with
    the
    Jell-O (dry), then add 2 cups hot
    water.
    Stir
    until
    dissolved, then add 2 cups cold water; stir.
    Add the orange sherbet;
    blend thoroughly.
    In a separate bowl,
    whip
    container
    heavy cream until thickened. Add to Jell-O
    mixture; blend on low speed with mixer.
    Drain the mandarin oranges; add to the Jell-O mixture.
    Refrigerate in bowl until almost thickened.
    Stir and pour into Bundt pan.
