Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (24 oz.) frozen hash browns
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. half and half
1/2 lb. Velveeta
2 to 4 oz. Cheddar
Preparation

Mix half and half with hash browns.
Melt butter and cheeses together.
Mix with hash brown mixture.
Cook on High in microwave for 15 minutes.
Stir well and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6 people.
Recipe can be easily doubled.
