Low-Fat Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 small can cream-style corn
2 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream or yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Mix ingredients until smooth.
May add water, if necessary. Pour into your favorite mold and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
