Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brick sausage
    6 slices bread, with crusts removed
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage over medium heat.
    Crumble and drain off fat. Spread bread with oleo.
    Cut into cubes.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
