Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. uncooked regular rice
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion or less
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and egg. Shape into individual meatballs. Mix tomato soup and water in pan. Add meatballs to soup mixture. Cook for 50 to 60 minutes on stove top. Stir occasionally.
