Frosted Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 c. flaked or shredded coconut
    1 pt. lemon sherbet
    1 c. blueberries (optional)
Preparation
    Place chilled pineapple in 6 dessert dishes.
    Sprinkle on 3/4 cup coconut.
    Top with sherbet and scatter on remaining coconut. Garnish with blueberries.
    Makes 6 servings.
