Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cold margarine, cut in small pieces
1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs (about 12)
1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper and parsley (optional)
Preparation

In bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
Stir in remaining ingredients except garnish until well blended.
Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
