Rolled-Out Dumplings(Kentucky-Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut in shortening; add more milk if needed.
    Roll 1/4-inch thick.
    Drop on boiling gravy, then cover and turn heat to low. Cook 35 to 45 minutes.
