Lithuanian Doughnuts(Ausukes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 oz. whiskey (3 Tbsp.)
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Add sugar and eggs; beat well.
    Mix baking soda in sour cream. Add all ingredients together.
    Knead on a floured board.
    Roll out flat.
    Cut into 2 x 3-inches long making a slit in center. Twist into bows.
    Drop in hot fat and fry until light brown. Drain on paper towel.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
