Microwave Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. whipped cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
10 slices white bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
15 miniature peanut butter cups, quartered

Preparation

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cream, chocolate chips, cream cheese, sugar and butter.
Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until chips are melted; stir until smooth. Add bread cubes; toss to coat.
