Georgia'S Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    snipped parsley and chives
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    In hot butter in
    skillet;
    saute
    onions
    until golden. Stir in meat, flour, salt, pepper, paprika and mushrooms; saute 5 minutes.
    Add soup; simmer
    uncovered
    10
    minutes.
    Stir
    in sour cream.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve on buttered noodles. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
