Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 qt. thin cream (half and half)
    2 1/2 to 5 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in freezer container. Put in mixer bucket.
    Alternate ice and rock salt around as mixer works.
    When crank won't turn, ice cream should be done.
