Low-Fat Trout Amandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. reduced calorie margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sliced almonds, lightly toasted
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    4 rainbow trout fillets
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    lemon slices (optional)
Preparation
    Combine margarine, chopped onion and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until margarine melts and onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in toasted almond slices and chopped fresh parsley.
    Set aside and keep warm.
