Easy Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. American cheese, broken up in small pieces
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; strain and rinse.
    Leave in pan.
    Now add butter, salt, pepper and milk.
    Keep on low until bubbly.
    Now put some macaroni in a 1 1/2-quart Pyrex bowl, then some cheese. Repeat until all elbows and cheese are gone.
    Mix together.
    Now put 3 slices of cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
