Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. brown sugar
    4 egg yolks
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter
    4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks. Cook in double boiler the egg yolks, milk, butter and vanilla. Mix flour and brown sugar. Add to the milk. Cook until thick. Let cool and pour into baked pie shells. Cover with meringue. Makes 2 pies.
