Cajun Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

2 c. shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
4 green onions, sliced
3 Tbsp. flour
salt to taste
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In heavy skillet, melt butter; saute celery, pepper and onions for 7 minutes stirring constantly.
Add flour, salt, mace, curry powder, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until well blended.
Stir in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and thickened.
Add shrimp; cook about 3 minutes.
Pour into a buttered 6 x 10-inch casserole.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
