Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. bacon or ham
    green pepper
    mushrooms, as desired
    12 eggs, beaten
    9 slices bread, cubed (cut off crust)
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix. Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Let stand overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
