Quick Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 strips lean country side meat
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (2 lb.) cabbage
    1/4 c. water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Wash and shred the cabbage and place it in cold water until ready to use. Put the side meat in a pot with the oil and cook slowly until crispy. Drain the cabbage and add it to the pot along with the 1/4 c. water. Cook on low for 15 minutes, stirring to cook evenly. Add salt to taste.
