Orange Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box orange gelatin
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple undrained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices drained
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
    1 c. cold milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Add frozen orange juice pineapple and orange slices.\tPlace in an 8-inch casserole dish allow to gel. Prepare pudding using one cup milk, fold in whip topping and spread over congealed salad.
    Top with nuts.
    Serves 10.
