Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs, beaten
1 c. Karo syrup (red or white)
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add Karo and sugar to beaten eggs and beat well.
Add other ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Arrange design of pecan halves on top if desired.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until it begins to brown.
Turn oven to 300\u00b0 and finish baking until filling is set, about 45 minutes.
(If it browns too fast, it will be too hard on top.)
