Hot Sausage Rolls(Polish Hors D'Oeuvres) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    6 (5 oz.) precooked sausage or bratwurst
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Measure flour.
    Cut margarine in small pieces in flour.
    Stir in cottage cheese until a soft dough.
    Add ice water (2 to 3 teaspoons), if needed.
    Divide in 6 parts.
    Roll each into 3 x 6-inch.
    Spread with 1 teaspoon mustard.
    Top with a sausage.
    Roll around sausage and encase completely.
    Brush with water.
    Place, seam edges down, on cookie sheet.
    Prick with fork to allow steam to escape.
    Mix egg and milk; brush on sausage.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes until brown.
    Slice into 1-inch pieces.
