Coke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small box cherry or strawberry Jell-O
1 c. Coke
8 oz. crushed pineapple
1 c. crushed pecans
3 oz. grated cream cheese (freeze for best results)

Preparation

Heat Coke and dissolve jello.
Add pineapple juice and stir. Let set until almost thick.
Add pineapple, pecans and cream cheese.
Stir up and rejell.
