Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cinnamon buns
    3 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. almond extract
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    3/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. chopped apricots
    8 oz. Cool Whip and 8 oz. whipped cream (for topping)
Preparation
    Cut cinnamon buns into squares.
    Combine bun cubes with milk and cream in a large bowl. Set aside.
    Mix sugar, eggs and almond extract.
    Add to bread mixture. Add walnuts, raisins and chopped apricots. Spoon into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 until firm, 50 minutes.
    Serve hot or room temperature with Cool Whip or whipped cream on top.
