Tomato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie shell
    2 large ripe tomatoes (1/2-inch slices)
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Fry 1/2 pound hot
    sausage.
    Blot
    grease.
    Set
    aside. Bake pie shell for
    8
    minutes
    at 425\u00b0.
    Set aside.
    Dip each tomato slice
    in
    1/4
    cup flour seasoned with salt and coarse pepper. Saute
    tomatoes quickly in 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Set aside. Arrange
    1/2
    cup
    sliced olives and 2 tablespoons minced onions in bottom of cooked pie shell.
    Add the following
    ingredients
    in layers:
    Swiss
    cheese, sausage, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes.
    Stir together 2 slightly beaten eggs and 1 cup half and\thalf.
    Pour over mixture and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
