Overnight Oven Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    pinch of cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat 2 egg whites until stiff.
    Add pinch of cream of tartar.
    Gradually beat in 2/3 cup sugar and pinch of salt.
    Fold in chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
    Place by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Place pan in oven.
    Turn off oven and leave overnight.
    Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
