Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large sweet peppers (red and green)
    11 large onions
    12 or more hot peppers
    2 c. sugar
    1 qt. pickling vinegar (Spears)
    2 Tbsp. pickling salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Grind all and mix.
    (Drain liquid from onion and peppers.)
    Mix sugar and spices.
    Cook 20 to 30 minutes or to desired thickness.
