Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, soft
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and bananas. Mix.
Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans or sheet cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
