Western Taters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 potatoes
olive oil
seasoning to taste (suggest Mrs. Dash lemon pepper)
Preparation

According to your preference, you may or may not peel the potatoes. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
Put into bowl.
Pour one tablespoon olive oil over potato chunks.
Stir.
Sprinkle seasoning over potatoes.
Stir.
Place on cookie sheet in single layer.
Place in 375\u00b0 oven.
Cook 20 minutes.
Turn chunks.
Cook 20 minutes longer if crisp texture is desired.
Serve similar as French fries, low sodium, low fat.
