Fried Hominy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can hominy, cooked
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried
Preparation

Fry bacon; set aside.
Simmer onions, celery, bell pepper and red pepper until tender.
Add hominy.
Cook until slightly brown. Add salt, black pepper and crumbled bacon.
