Carrot Pudding Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 1/2-inch slices French bread
    3 eggs, separated
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Line a buttered one-quart casserole dish with sliced bread. Combine the egg yolks, milk, nutmeg, salt, sugar and carrots.
