Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
    1 small jar diced pimentos (optional)
    1 c. chopped green or red peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill.
