Baked Wisconsin Brie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Brie
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. slivered almonds
French bread, sliced
Preparation

Place cheese on ovenproof serving plate.
Saute almonds and garlic in butter until just browned.
Pour over top of Brie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until warmed through (in microwave 3 to 5 minutes).
Serve with sliced French bread or fruit (sliced apples).
