Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned salmon
    1 c. stale bread crumbs, soaked in 1 c. scalded milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 tsp. onion juice
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order given, folding in stiffly beaten egg whites last.
    Place mixture into a well-greased, crumbled baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
