Ingredients

1/2 lb. fine egg noodles
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. cold water
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. raisins (white or dark)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil noodles until soft; drain thoroughly.
Beat the eggs until frothy.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking pan and place it into a cold oven.
Turn the oven onto 350\u00b0 and bake for one hour.
