Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
4 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Boil potatoes in thin jackets for 20 minutes; cool.
Peel and cut into thick slices.
Lay in greased casserole dish.
Make sauce by mixing sugars, cornstarch and orange juice.
Let come to a boil.
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat, add oleo and pour over potatoes.
