Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium size potatoes
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
4 to 5 drops lemon flavoring
2 c. water

Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
Place in saucepot.
Cover with cold water and bring to a boil.
Do not cook.
