Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. oil (Crisco)
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 bottle red cake coloring (1 oz.)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil; add eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour, salt and soda together.
    Put cocoa, vinegar and cake coloring in cup and mix well; add to sugar mixture and beat well.
    Add flour, milk and vanilla; beat well.
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans at 350\u00b0.
